EZ-POE100A Passive PoE Injector, 12–48V DC
Send DC power and Ethernet data over a compatible network cable with this compact passive PoE injector for supported cameras, access points and IP phones.
Product overview
The EZ-POE100A combines an external DC supply with a 10/100Mbps Ethernet connection using the spare wire pairs. It is intended for equipment designed for passive PoE with the same voltage and pin assignment. Its center-positive 2.1mm DC connection feeds positive power to pins 4 and 5 and negative power to pins 7 and 8.

Bring data and DC power to a compatible remote device through the same network cable.
Defined power pinout
Positive power uses RJ45 pins 4/5; negative power uses pins 7/8. Match the receiving equipment before connection.
Passive operation
This adapter does not negotiate power under IEEE 802.3af. The connected DC supply determines the voltage delivered.
Technical specifications
Use only with equipment that explicitly accepts passive PoE at the supply voltage and listed pinout; this is not an IEEE 802.3af negotiating injector.
